Christina Aguilera has revealed the inspiration for her perfume range came from her mother.
The Burlesque star said that as a little girl she would play with her mum’s ‘musky, sensual scents’ and so it was the obvious option when she came to designing her own.
She told People: ‘Growing up, I used to play with all the fragrances in my mother’s vanity. She had a taste for musky, sensual scents.’
The singer turned actress also admitted she works hard to maintain a good beauty regime. Her advice to others? ‘Stay hydrated, moisturise and get enough sleep. I never go to sleep with make-up on and always moisturise my face and lips. I also try to condition my hair as much as possible.’
