The Sears & Levis US Tour, also known as the Psykoblast Tour, was Christina Aguilera’s first headlining concert tour. Staged in North America in support of her 1999 album release, Christina Aguilera, the show opened on July 1, 2000 in Milwaukee and ended October 15, 2000 in Phoenix.
The tour was sponsored by the famous American brands of Sears and Levi’s. When it was announced, Aguilera was promoting “I Turn to You”, third single of that her first album; she was concurrently in the phase of production of her upcoming album Mi Reflejo. The first month of the tour and a few other shows was a state fair tour that featured a simpler stage set. At the same time, Aguilera began wearing much more revealing outfits and began putting different colors into her hair, as she transitioned from her teen pop image to one far more.
Material for the tour came from Christina Aguilera and renditions of two classics, “All Right Now” and “At Last”.
The rapidly rising group Destiny’s Child opened shows of the tour, along with many artists of lesser renown to come. Setlist
