Christina Aguilera’s estranged husband Jordan Bratman is finally moving out of the marital home.
The music consultant, 33, stayed on at the Beverly Hills house after their split in October.
Christina, 30, left the residence in the wake of their break-up to temporarily live in a Los Angeles hotel with their three-year-old son Max.
A moving truck was seen parked outside the home yesterday, and a large amount of his belongings were boxed up and packed in.
Later in the day, he was seen spending time in a Santa Monica park with Max.
It’s not yet known if the Dirrty singer plans to return to the luxury mansion, or whether she has any plans to bring her new boyfriend Matt Rutler with her.The pair have certainly been inseparable in recent months and last night they were seen enjoying a romantic dinner at Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood.
Meanwhile, it has emerged that Rutler gave the actress a ring for her birthday last month, but sources close to the couple insist it isn’t an engagement ring.
‘It’s not an engagement ring and they’re not engaged. It was a surprise gift from him,’ says a source.
However, he is quickly becoming part of her family.
Christina introduced Rutler to son Max when she took him along to the Peterson Automotive Museum in Los Angeles just after Christmas.
‘Christina took Max on the fun outing so he could bond with Matt,’ says a source.
‘Max was initially a bit shy, but later warmed up to Matt. It seems very important to Christina that Max got along with Matt.’
The singer met Rutler on the set of Burlesque where he worked as her assistant, but she insists that they only started dating after she filed for divorce.
‘Matthew is a special person,’ she told People magazine. ‘We had a really strong friendship on the movie. Once I filed for divorce, we started dating.’
