Christina Aguilera’s camp have reached out to up & coming singer-songwriter Jessie J for help on the diva’s upcoming fifth studio album.
Jessie – who recently won the BRITs Critic’s Choice Award – has already submitted material for the new Britney Spears’ album and is keen to write for Willow Smith after being contacted by 10-year-old’s camp, but is trying to decide whether or not she’ll accept offers from curvy Christina’s camp and the X Factor.
“Christina Aguilera’s camp are asking me to do stuff and the X Factor camp, (ie. Matt Cardle). But at the moment, I want to save some songs for me.”
Besides her burgeoning solo career, Jessie’s best known for penning Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the USA”. She’s currently putting together her own album for release next year with Dr. Luke amongst others.Meanwhile, Aggie is working on an album of her own and has been recording since as early as October, putting a lid on the unsuccessful Bionic era. There’s not much information on the new record, but Aggie has said it will be “in the vein where I recorded my Stripped record, which was very personal and more introspective.”
With the industry moving as quickly as it is, it wouldn’t be unusual to see Aggie’s new album era kicking off sometime next year. What do you think?

I agree with you all. I mean it says she is working with Britney and Willow, and in the past Miley Cyrus..how about christina’s camp leaves this chick alone and the single jessie has out now is NOT good in my opinion. That “like a dude” Christina is beyond this, leave this writer for the lesser talents out there. This is definitely not the direction to go into if she is already saying she is in Stripped mode.

she needs to record an album quick. ecord vocals in the studio with studio musicicans and have producers work on those tracks she recorded. she can’t spend 5 years on a record, especially if it doesn’t hold up. just put out music! she has the money, this isn’t her sophmore album, she’s a millionaire and needs to just throw something together. enough with the sexy sexy stuff. do something r&b/hip hop like the new rick ross ASTON MARTIN MUSIC, or TLC from the craxysexycool era.

but also, not being a hater, but she said BIONIC was like stripped and it wasn’t at all, maybe stylistically all over the place, but not personal, not soulful, not introspective. just sayin. christina—–spend the time you waste talking the talk and actually WALK THE WALK. look to old whintey records, 90’s r&b. just do something that sounds good. you know?
