BabyJaneMichaels via LD posted great new information regrading ‘Burlesque‘ promo will be starting on March/April.

I have a feeling I’m going to regret doing this, but I’m doing it anyway, so save me Godtina. My GM at work remembered that I was asking about Burlesque and I can officially say that we have the official promotional posters for the movie! … that being said, I myself have not seen the posters, they are still in the poster tube they were mailed in to keep them in decent condition, we can’t open them until we put them up. Yes I do mean posters with an s, most movies have more than 1 official poster, we currently have 2 official posters for Avatar, Book of Eli, ect. so there being more than one poster for Burlesque isn’t odd. If I can convince them to give me a sneek peek, I will post it ASAP and I look forward to hearing more about the promotion for the movie that our theatres will be taking part in, I will let you all know about that too.

Elephant Exhibition
Celebrity friends of Target House, such as Oprah Winfrey, Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, Maya Angelou, Christina Aguilera, Rob Thomas and Katherine Heigl have all joined the likes of John Travolta and Tom Hanks to design elephant “works of art” to be framed and unveiled as part of Target House’s Elephant Exhibition.

The exhibition was conceived to echo the life-sized elephant water fountain sculpture designed by architect Michael Graves that greets guests and families at the entrance to the Target House grounds. Elephants represent family, long life, strength and playfulness, which is why they serve as a mascot for Target House.

I’ve added a new picture of Christina in her Halloween Costume taken in her home. Its different from the one that she went out with Max & Jordan for Trick ‘n’ Treating. Looks fiesty!

October’s magazine issue of InStyle Magazine features one of our favorite projects. Christina Aguilera’s residence. We had the unique opportunity to work with her and her husband to create their dream space. With them, we created a fantasy , wonderland of a place to call home. Rich with stylish details, noteworthy artwork, pedigree furnishings and an eye for high style.

This is truly an exquisite residence that compares to the hey day of Beverly Hills design projects nodding towards the schooling of Tony Duquette and Dorothy Draper. The torch has been passed into the 21st century.

Jason Mecier’s picture of Christina Aguilera. For over a decade artist Jason Mecier has been creating outrageous three dimensional mosaic portraits of his favorite pop culture icons made out of their actual junk!

The portraits are made from celebrities broken sunglasses, make-up, gum wrappers, jewelry, deodorant, shoes, and many other items that they have contributed to the project.Participants include Rosie O’Donnell, Paris Hilton, Pamela Anderson, Farrah Fawcett, Nancy Sinatra, Pink and Sharon Stone to name a few.

Jason is still waiting to hear from Oprah, Marilyn Manson, Dolly Parton, Hugh Hefner, Judge Judy and Snoop Dogg. As a child Jason’s grandmother encouraged him to create masterpieces using materials readily available to him. “I learned from her that I can make art out of anything I want to, and that there are no rules,” says Jason.
